America (and people mad at America) now leading cause of Death in Iraq: The Lancet Medical Journal
Under the dictator Saddam Hussein, only 2% of Iraqis met a voilent death. Under the US backed government, 51% now die a voilent death. Considering healthcare has also decreased because probably either American policies of privatization or literal distruction of healthcare, the number of Iraqis metting a voilent death in Iraq has gone up 5800%. One has to wonder what the situation is Afganistan? I can't find any data if in fact the Libservatives are bringing more death to Afganistan with our taxdollars.
